A Terras de Alter é uma empresa de produção de vinho que nasceu de uma parceria entre duas empresas produtoras de uva (o Monte Barrão e a Herdade das Antas) e um enólogo (Peter Bright, um reputado enólogo Australiano). Em 2008 foi construído um moderno centro de vinificação que permite ter um controlo absoluto da temperatura durante todo o ano em todas as fases, incluindo a receção das uvas, a fermentação e finalmente o armazenamento dos vinhos. A receção e manuseamento de pequenos lotes de uvas e, consequente fermentação em barricas proporciona vinhos de grande qualidade.

 

Terras de Alter is a wine production company that was born from a partnership between two grape producers (Mount Barrão and Herdade das Antas) and a winemaker (Peter Bright, a reputed Australian oenologist). In 2008 it built a modern winemaking center that allows us to have complete control of the temperature throughout the year, through all phases of production including the reception of the grapes, followed by the fermentation stage and finally the storage of the wines. The reception and handling of small lots of grapes and subsequent fermentation in barrels provides high-quality wines.

2008 bauten sie ein modernes Weipnroducktionscenter auf, das einem die Kontrolle ueber die Temperetur waerend der Lieferung und Gaerung der Weintrauben und der Lagerung der Weine ueber das das ganze Jahr erlaubt.

Der Umgang mit kleinen Lots von Weintrauben und die anschliessende Gaerung in Faessern, garantiert hochqualitative Weine.
